This has gotta be fast...
Just want to share that I attended Justine's kundalini class last Thursday at Bodhi Yoga (gobodhiyoga.com) and was really surprised and pleased! It was my first experience with kundalini, and I gotta say, I'm going to explore that path further!
Bought a book on good ol' Amazon.com and plan to take Justine's class again next Thursday.
Whee!! Jolly good fun!
